Romania’s Constanta harbor becomes embarking point for MSC Cruises

European company MSC Cruises chose Romania’s Constanta harbor to be the new embarking point for its MSC Musica ship, starting September 2013.
The first passengers will embark on MSC Musica in Romania and will start an 11-night cruise: Constanta-Gythion- Venice-Katakolon-Istanbul- Yalta-Odessa-Constanta, starting September 27 this year. Also, another three MSC Musica cruise ships will have Constanta harbor as a starting point this autumn. The cost of a cruise will start from EUR 749 per person.

MSC Musica is the first of MSC Cruises’ ‘Musica-class’ vessels and was inaugurated in Venice in 2006. The ship has a length of some 294 meters, 1,275 cabins and over 1,000 crew members.
MSC Cruises is a privately owned European company currently present in 45 countries. Its 12-ship fleet carried over 1.4 million guests in 2012. The company expects the number to increase to over 1.5 million this year.
